A FAMILY dedicated to following Alloway"s MacDonald Brothers have launched a massive fan website in their honour.

While the MacDonald Brothers didn"t win the 2006 X-Factor they have certainly become one of the most successful acts from the show.

Following the local lads success is Mark Burnett, his wife Jacqueline, 36, and their four kids Louise, 13, Claire, eight, Martin, 11 and Michael.

The family first noticed the brothers on the X-Factor and have been staunch supporters of them ever since - even going to the expense of following the duo up and down the country.

Speaking to us, Mark, 35, said: 'The MacDonald Brothers are always happy when they see us, and they also stand and speak to the kids and my wife.

'We all really enjoy their music and the way they perform, we travel all around the country to see them play. It's amazing when you look at Craig and Brian and see just how far they have come.

'They are also really good Scottish role models for the kids. We were voting for them to win the X-Factor and when they announced they were going on the show tour we immediately bought tickets to see them.'

Because the family, who are more known to the boys as the Huntlycrew because where they live, are such big fans they have designed an unofficial website to allow all their fans - with 30 or 40 people joining each week.

Now the website, has really taken off and the family are constantly updating it and creating new designs and layout to make the site easier for people.
